Through our GSA Schedule Contract (GS-00F-005BA) SPR offers professional services by providing highly qualified professionals with proven skills in their respective areas of expertise as well as their demonstrated ability in leadership, management, and integrity.

Many of SPR's current employees are retired military, veterans, or prior/retired civil servants that possess numerous years of demonstrated knowledge of government practices and policies. In addition to the extensive government experience, SPR's staff includes commercial professionals with recent and innovative experience in industry-best practices, security compliance, and training. SIN 871-1 Strategic Planning for Technology Programs/Activities

The definition and interpretation of high level organizational engineering performance requirements such as projects, systems, missions, etc. and the objectives and approaches to their achievement. Typical tasks include:

  • Analysis of Mission, Program Goals, and Objectives
  • Program Evaluations
  • Analysis of Program Effectiveness
  • Requirements Analysis

SIN 871-3 System Design, Engineering and Integration

Translation of system (or program, project, etc.) concepts into a preliminary and detailed design (engineering plans and specifications), performing risk identification/analysis, mitigation, traceability, and then integrating the various components to produce a working prototype or model of the system. Typical tasks include:

  • Computer-aided Design (e.g. CADD)
  • Design Studies and Analysis
  • Enterprise/Network Architecture Design
  • Design Review Services
  • Submittal Review Services
  • Developing Risk Reduction strategies and recommendations to mitigate identified risks
  • High-level Detailed Specification and Scope Preparation

SIN 871-4 Test and Evaluation Services

Application of various techniques demonstrating that a system (subsystem, program, project or activity) performs in accordance with the objectives outlined in the original design. Typical tasks include:

  • Performing inspections and witnessing acceptance testing for systems as they relate to professional engineering services
  • Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)
  • Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E)
  • Prototype Testing
  • Environmental Testing
  • Reverse Engineering
  • Feasibility Simulation and Modeling
  • Quality Assurance
  • Training, Consulting, Reception, Inspection, and Safety Audits

SIN 871-6 Acquisition and Life Cycle Management Services

Planning, budget, contract and systems/program management functions required to procure and or/produce, render operational and provide life cycle support (maintenance, repair, supplies, engineering specific logistics) to (technology based) systems, activities, subsystems, projects, etc. Typical tasks include:

  • Program/Project Management
  • Technical Evaluations
  • Program Executive Office Support
  • Source Selection Support
  • System/Product Operation and Maintenance
  • Acquisition Requirements and Evaluation Process Support
  • Evaluation of Inspection

SIN 874-7 Integrated Business Program Support Services

Provide services to assist agencies in managing their mission-oriented business projects or programs and achieving mission performance goals. Typical tasks include:

  • All Program/Project Management Phases from Planning to Closeout
  • Operational/Administrative Business Support Services for Program Objectives
  • System Requirements Analysis
  • Integration Design
  • System Architecture Planning and Integration Management Support
